For our first Love devotional, we have a poem about God's love. The poem is below if you'd like to follow along!

God's Love - Kelvin Lee (Emmaus Leader)

His love, It’s like a Vast Blue Sky, for once it makes me wanna fly, Real High
It sets a fire in my heart, burning real bright, and He makes everything, seem, alright.
Deep like an ocean and just as wide, there's really no place for us to hide
Anxiety? Depression? And suicide? I have no fear because my God is always on my side.
Darkness of life is close behind? Don’t worry and just take one step at a time.

His love, is like a gentle breeze, pushing you along, showing you where you need to be
I’ve never eaten a fruit this sweet, it's not of this world you see
Having this fruit, makes my life feel complete
It's almost like this is all I need

His love, is like basking in the light, it covers everything, that is in my sight
He’s the string to my kite, lifting me higher to the highest of heights
And the warmth from his love is like a calming candlelight
It spreads throughout the room, like nothing we can't handle
This is God's will, and we should all follow his example.

It's not hard to love you see, it just takes a moment, and it's quite easy
Try to be nice and strive to be Christ like, but don't forget to love God with all of your might
Now I'm sharing this with others to try to inspire.
